Author Talk: Susan Eisenhower, "How Ike Led"

-

Susan Eisenhower is a best-selling author and expert in international security, space policy, and international relations. And for her first 17 years, Susan had the joy of being close with her grandfather—always “Ike”—the 34th US president. “Even as a kid, I thought his approach to decisions to be extraordinarily straightforward and uncomplicated,” she recalls. “You didn’t need to know his every thought to feel confident you knew who he was and what he stood for.” How Ike Led reveals lessons in leadership that are more needed than ever. James Stavridis, (Admiral USN, Ret.), NATO military commander for six years and a widely published author in his own right, will lead the discussion.

As with all Global Conference public sessions, registration is not required to attend an Author Talk, but seating is limited. Seats will be open to the first 50 attendees. We recommend Conference attendees add any Author Talks of interest to your agenda. If you cannot attend the Author Talk or are solely interested in the book signing portion, we encourage you to come to the Global Conference on-site bookstore managed by Barnes & Noble for the final 20 minutes of the scheduled hour.

Books featured in the Author Talks and Book Signings are available for purchase at the on-site bookstore.
