In this letter, we thank the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) for the opportunity to respond to the OCC’s latest effort to develop an Innovation Pilot Program (IPP). We analyze positive steps the OCC has taken with the IPP and provide additional suggestions to further strengthen the IPP.
